‘The Love Bee’ was commissioned by St. Peter’s House. It is a vibrant and hope-coloured bee, covered in symbols of love, unity and community between the different faith communities of Manchester.
This Bee celebrates the essence of what the city stands for, and what it cares most deeply about – unity, community and loving one another. The faith symbols represent Manchester’s commitment to standing together, united by love and the belief in the goodness of people.
